• Launch ABBYY BCR. Choose between activation of Camera or loading picture from Albums.
• If you want to use Camera, tap Take a photo button, position your iPhone so that the rectangular frame on the screen encloses the business card. Tap the shutter release button. You’ ll get a picture.
• If required, tap the “gears” icon and make sure that the appropriate language is selected.
• ABBYY BCR starts capturing data from the business card.
• If you are using Albums, select a business card image. Recognition process will start automatically.
• The data cpature process will take an average of five to ten seconds, depending on the image quality.

Review the captured data to make sure there are no errors and the fields have been identified correctly: Name, Company/Organization, Job title, Tel. (office, mobile), Fax, E-mail, URL, Company address.

• Once you have reviewed the data, tap Done button.
• After the contact is saved, the application will switch back to the camera mode so that you can take a photo of another business card.
• Now you can open your iPhone Contacts and find your new contact saved here.
